Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and installing control and measurement equipment, providing its diagnostics and maintenance, and ensuring its correct long-term operations

  • Ensuring timely scheduling and execution of product installations around Poland in cooperation with other internal departments within Photon Energy Group

  • Maintaining ongoing contact with clients and acting as point of contact

  • Monitoring and controlling equipment warehouse inventory, including finished products, installation materials and spare parts

  • Installation and pre-configuration of PLC drivers

  • Creating orders for fasteners and other installation materials, and coordinating delivery and timelines with suppliers and subcontractors

  • Collaborating with internal departments (e.g. R&D, Sales, O&M) across Photon Energy Group’s markets

Qualifications and Experience

  • Electrotechnial education

  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving on-site technical issues effectively

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics

  • Quick learner, able to adapt to new tools, technologies

  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

  • Experience in installing, diagnosing, and maintaining control and measurement systems is welcome

  • Polish B2+ and English B2+

  • Category B driving license

  • SEP E+D up to 15 kV is welcome
